Providing it’s within 14 days of purchase and has not been used, if you’re not completely 100% satisfied with your order get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try and resolve the issue – in many cases we’ll find a solution so that you won’t even need to return your items.

• Contact our customer service team who will send you a returns form.
• Repackage your goods in their original packaging, including the form we have supplied you with.
• Return package to our US return centre, Liberty, MO, to complete the process.

We recommend you use a courier service with tracking, so you can see your package’s progress.

You will be liable to cover the cost of the return of the item, however we have a return centre in Liberty, MO, US. We highly recommend using a tracked courier, as unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any missing products.

If for any reason at all you believe we've sent you faulty or defective items, please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will advise you on the best course of action.

For orders made using one of our gift cards, any refunds will be issued as another gift card or as a discount code for use on our website. If a product has been purchased through the use of a Net World Sports Gift Card and is subsequently exchanged for a product with a lower price, any remaining money owing will be issued as a Net World Sports Gift Card or discount code.

We will obviously aim to refund your money as quickly as possible, but because of the various stages involved in the process (and sometimes the need to return items), it can take up to 14 working days.
